“Employable Canada Center” aims to support and empower women with the skills they need to join the work force. It aims to support and empower women gain economic opportunities and careers which are exciting, provide good pay and benefits, and will empower women and girls across the province to succeed. Our organization aims to support and empower women from visible minorities and low income families by providing them with access to education, mentorship, and resources to help them achieve their goals and improve their socioeconomic status. ECC recognizes the unique challenges that women from these communities face and works to address systemic barriers to their success. Through various programs and initiatives, SDC creates a supportive and inclusive environment where women can thrive and reach their full potential. By addressing the intersectional issues that impact these women, ECC is working towards creating a more equitable and just society for all.
